I have booked with CottageLINK for four years now and have been thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend their services as they take the worry and hassle out of booking your cottage destination. This year will be our third visit to a beautiful cottage that provides my family with a relaxing visit full of wonderful memories. Last year when there was a power outage CottageLINK was there to help us through the inconvenience. We have so many stories to share!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The CLRM team is incredibly professional, proactive, and informative. They kept us updated every step of the way and made the entire process seamless. Belmont Lake Life was a beautiful getaway, and the top-tier hospitality made it even better. Will definitely be booking with them again!

We worked with CottageLink as cottage owners and were extremely disappointed in the level of service provided. Throughout our time with them, we experienced errors, inconsistencies, and poor communication. Despite their role as a management company, they secured only two bookings in two months. This was not a property issue, as once we took over the listing ourselves on Airbnb, we were able to fully book July on very short notice.
