Very Satisfied Very pleased with Cottage Care! Manager is extremely flexible and understanding of changes/additions to cleaning schedule. Also REALLY appreciate C.C.'s overall flexibility and willingness to adapt/meet the needs of each homeowner! Enjoy that only one person comes to my house to carry out each cleaning. Disgruntled prospective client. I cannot appreciate a business that will advertise cleaining ytour house un a rural area, then refuse to come out because it is 30 miles. Offered to pay extra m,iles/travel time, still won't come. In any area like WV, or other rural states, a distance of 30 miles is nothing. This Braboursville, WV business has not yet learned that they must be flexible enough to meet the needs of their customers, if they want to build a solid base. Bad management, don't know about the work.
Great Staff with Low Turnover!! We have been using CottageCare since about 2005, right before the birth of our 2nd child. At this same time there was a change in mangement, which made me very leary and I actually backed away from the service for a while, but much to my pleasure I started getting post cards in the mail asking to try out the service again with the new management, and with 2 new children I had everything to gain so I called. They dont really care They treat their employees like doody. The news needs to send an undercover person to work for them so everyone can see how things really work over there. I read the reviews and the stuff the bad reviews said is true.
BE WARE of CottageCare Cleaning--NO money back guarantee! The cleaning gal (Nancy) was good but this Chad Neimann who called himself the owner, but was really only the Denver, CO, manager showed up & all went down hill from then on, He used dirty rags to dust with. Refused to use Pledge I provided that is non allergen based since I have asthma & instead continued to use this VERY DRYING "all purpose cleaner" on everything from kitchen to bathroom to expensive wood antiques! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I tried cottage care out from a crowd cut coupon. It was a waste of money! The first person they sent over did nothing, they had to send a supervisor to fix her mistake, the female supervisor did a nice job. I requested her a second time and they sent a male to clean the house that I had not met who was creepy and looked like he was on drugs. Finally, a service I love! I have used several cleaning services over the last two years and this one has the most reliable people by far. The prices are definitely competitive too. They do a great job cleaning my house, they have inspectors come in every so often to check and make sure everything is done right. I also like that they only send one person, not a team. Their price couldn't be beat, the young lady was on time, friendly, through, bring their won tools of the trade and I feel comfortable leaving her when I have to go out. Best of all, The same person comes everytime. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
