I wanted to express specific gratitude for your cleaning team’s thoroughness in our daughter’s bathroom recently. A couple of months ago, she had dropped and lost a tiny and unique backing to a valuable earring we gave her for her birthday. We all looked for it with no success, assuming it had dropped down the drain. One of your team members must have seen it and placed it on the counter and we are SUPER thankful!
