Obviously family members are rating their service since every rating is a 5 star. I called management to tell them about my experience. Everything was a justification. She said the dirty towel on the floor was hung up because they were trained to keep it looking neat & hang or fold everything. That is not cleaning when you hang up dirty items just to get them off the floor. She said they are not supposed to replace a trash bag in a trashcan. That makes no sense at all. Horrible, horrible service! Where to even begin? First the lady showed up & disclosed that she has gained 75 pounds since her sobriety. That's great; you're sober, but I don't know you. Should I hide the medicine or alcohol? I don't mind her background, but it wasn't very professional to start off with that. Then she tells me that they do not clean toilets.
