I’ve lived here for a little over a year. It was fine in the beginning, but has rapidly gone downhill. Management is rude, if you go to them with a problem, they don’t help you. Twice in 15 months our rent has been incorrectly processed. Once 2 months of rent was taken out of our account, instead of 1, and in January 2024, several rent checks weren’t entered, so people were getting late fees on their accounts. We paid our rent, in the office, on December 31st. It was not entered until Monday, January 6, almost a week late.... read more
