Very friendly and excellent care
I went to this urgent care and was pleasantly surprised. I’m always apprehensive about going to medical facilities, but this one was exceptionally clean and modern. The wait time was minimal, and I appreciated how comfortable the nurse and female doctor made me feel. They were both friendly, compassionate, and took the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly. I never felt rushed. On the Memorial Day weekend I caught a terrible cold and lost my voice and started a coughing marathon. I decided to seek professional care when blood was mixed in the mucous. The nearest Cottage Urgent Center was maxed out, so I decided to go to another location on the south side of town. The check-in was handled quickly and professionally. Went to the Cottage Urgent Care on skyway and the experience was great! No wait time and the doctor Latisha was nice & detailed. I felt heard and not just like a number. The medical assistants Katie & Maria were very professional, efficient & nice. Overall a great experience!!
Never sent my prescription and they sent me on a wild goose chase so I just decided to go somewhere else
