Araceli M. Was the front desk secretary who refused to check us in until after we waited there for an hour and a half. Then she finally checked us in and after another hour of waiting we finally got seen after another 40 minutes. Thanks Araceli M. For the random spitefulness or gross incompetence while you were playing on your phone the entire time.
Professional staff that treat patients with respect and dignity. The times I’ve had to visit I got answers and treatment quickly. The cleanliness of the facility is a huge plus. Whenever needed this will be my go to Urgent care.
I appreciate the care this urgent care center offers. my children get seen fast walk in is not guaranteed but thankfully we always get seen and Dr ask us alot of questions to solve the problem everyone is so nice and attentive its worth the 20 min drive we take every time we need care thanks.
