All cottage Urgent care has been the best experience dealing with any medical office/urgent care/ ER. I recommend cottage to anyone seeking medical needs without having to go to the ER
Arrogant less than human NP acted like my bf was ridiculous to seek treatment and gaslit his fever (later I took a 104 temp) we went to ER last night and he has pneumonia that could have been treated on Sunday where we waited two hours to be seen by a zero kindness nurse that acts like an arrogant doctor and SHAMES people asking for help * will never go back and will report her to nursing board bc unchecked people are literally dangerous and hurt people they are paid to help
I went to urgent care for side pain and was greeted kindly by Veronica, then cared for by Rosa, who was thorough and kind. Dr. Anne was very informative and helpful. Even though I was in pain, the team made the experience pleasant and reassuring. Definitely a 5 star experience! Thank you ladies.
