My first visit ever to an Urgent Care facility. Love the dedicated parking with directions, ease of digital check-in, courteous staff, and clean facility. For fire ant bites.
I don’t want to share private information about our visit, but my husband was feeling ill last night so we came to this urgent care because it was the closest to home that was open that would take him. When we got there in the lobby, they spoke about private information in front of other patients and then when we were taken back after we told them what had been going on the RN just stared at us and made us feel extremely awkward for being there. I won't write an essay on all the ways this place does more harm than good, but I believe their lack of care could absolutely be a safety concern for patients seeking help here. If the staff does not want to help others (and very clearly they do not), do something else for work. It's that simple. I've been in and out of hospitals for 45 years, and here I was appalled at the apathy, indifference, and complete unwillingness to do anything beyond the absolute bare minimum. Extremely helpful staff gave me an ice pack while I was waiting to be seen and the inside of the building is very comfortable and nice. Only urgent care I’ll be going to from now on
