Great service and care!
They don't keep you waiting very long If you have an appointment. the care is top notch. Can't rave about them enough!!
No one wants to go to Urgent Care but this one is top notch. Super friendly and welcoming staff. No wait. Local pharmacies were already closed as I went on Sunday after 6pm but they were able to fill my prescription on site which was incredibly convenient. Very comfortable experience. I’ve been here 2-3 times and always feel very taken care of.
I would give them a zero if I could.. The last two times I've gone I've been turned away. First time they were closing an hour early, I said but I'm here they said we already shut down the system.. Tonight, no one was in the waiting room, and they said they were at capacity, and told me to go to the ER. Come on cottage, do better. Someone seriously needs to monitor this place!
Jessica, Rochelle, Silvia and Ashely were amazing with my son! He was so happy with his little toys. Thank you Cottage UC.
