The staff at Cottage Urgent Care were friendly and helpful.
I’ve had to visit urgent care three times in the last 6 months and I’m consistently impressed by the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a big natural healing person and instead of the thayer rolls and smirks I’ve been met with curiosity and respect. I’ve also never felt like they are rushed with me which is partially rare in an urgent care.
John and his staff did a great job stitching me up. They were fast and extremely thorough. Also, quite a positive bedside manner which is much appreciated. Thank you!
I went to the clinic 20 minutes prior to closing and was denied care. Per staff, clinic was at “capacity”, however no patients were in the waiting room nor any cars in the lot. It seemed to me like they did not want to accept any walk ins to avoid staying past closing hours. As an HCP myself, I would never turn down clients seeking care that did not require ER services. Highly disappointed in a business that has high reviews, yet service like this….
