this place was amazing. everyone was so friendly and pleasant. the Doctor John Michalak was tremendous. what a great group of people. Dan Duclos
PA Joesph sucks a lot and super rude I asked if for a 3 day note for a pain in my throat I’ve been dealing with and refused to give me any amount of days for work. Went to a different doctor and confirmed I needed more than 3 days. Please be careful if your life is in his hands. He should lose his rights to practice medicine.
I’ve had to visit urgent care three times in the last 6 months and I’m consistently impressed by the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m a big natural healing person and instead of the eye rolls and smirks I have had at other facilities, I’ve been met with curiosity and respect. I’ve also never felt like they are rushed with me which is partially rare in an urgent care.
I highly recommend Cottage urgent care! Both locations are amazing. I go to Foothill mainly and they’re always so welcoming and friendly. I just took my daughter due to her being sick and Shannon was amazing with her. Very patient and explained everything she needed to do. Dr Michalak was also great. He asked necessary questions listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to help my little one feel better! I highly recommend them all!
Treated today at Cottage Urgent care clinic in San Luis Obispo after taking a fall and receiving facial lacerations. Was treated by Dr Ben and Nurse Emily. The care was outstanding. Very thorough and professional and most important both caring individuals. I could not have asked for better. Thank you Ben and Emily
