Avoid this place at all costs! Doctor was incapable of listening. My injuries were not examined. She was dismissive of my pain. I had to ask a million questions to get informed. ChatGPT was way more helpful. Only one of three prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. We had to call back to get the remaining ones. Once we got home, we realized we were STILL missing one! Facilities are nice and clean, but I would never trust the staff at this place again.
Friendly staff who take care of you promptly. I've visited this clinic four times whenever my kids need urgent care. I highly recommend it for your urgent care needs.
The staff is always friendly and around the corner from my house so i always come here. I show up at 7:36pm and the hours listed said they close at 8pm. Mind you there are 3 workers in an empty lobby and 2 are on their phones. I assumed not busy. I tell them I need a tetanus shot because I had a piece of metal i took out from my foot. They said 7:30pm is their cutoff time and I could not be seen. I asked if they could make an exception since i am just 6 minutes over. Staff is very friendly. Very helpful. Place is very clean. The practitioner nurse that day was very nice as well. I was a walk-in and the wait at 9:30 am was 10 minutes long. That was a nice surprise 😊
