My wife had a bad cut on her hand. Cottage handled her injury fast and the staff was great as usual.
My 6 year old son broke his elbow and we saw Jason Rusoff, NP. He was great, very patient and explained everything well to my son. The radiology tech, Alma (I may have misspelled it), was absolutely amazing with my son. She even positioned his stuffy’s arm on the radiology plate to show my son and help him be more comfortable and less stressed. She was so sweet! We’re so grateful for the care we received!
I a saw the PA and she diagnosed strep. She confirmed that I was not allergic to any medication, but I am! And I already told the medical assistant. They did not listen to my chest which i thought was standard when visiting a Dr. They prescribed and dispensed an antibiotic. I asked about drinking alcohol while taking it from the PA and medical assistant. They said the information card didn't say anything about it. The PA was very young and did not exude confidence.
