Claudia Martial, NP is a very rude & ugly provider (physically & spiritually). Avoid this human at all costs, should be barred from providing care to people in need.
Their services were very good when they first opened. Last two occasions I was unlucky to be seen by PA Lim who misdiagnosed me twice now and also made an error when failing to call in two prescriptions. When I called in to inquire as I stood at the pharmacy. The receptionist who answered at cottage told me the issue was between the PA and myself, there was nothing she could help me with-such stellar customer service. Janelle and Bradley helped me today and they were so kind and caring. I was worried I was overreacting about an issue, and they were great at reassuring me that I made the right call to check it out and help me figure out what needed to be done to get better.
