Cottage Urgent Care in Orcutt always provides top tier medical care. I can not say enough about how professional, thorough and efficient this place is. Kendra the NP is the absolute best!
Worst experience. The PA Chris not only made my mother feel unheard, but completely discounted the symptoms she was expressing. He refused to provide any medication stating it was unnecessary. We went to her primary and they were shocked a medical professional would fail to see her diagnosis required not only a steroid (which was all we were asking for), but also an antibiotic. Very disappointed and will make sure to never see him.
I had a great experience at Cottage Urgent Care. The facility was very clean and well organized, and the online scheduling made it extremely convenient to book an appointment. Check-in was quick, and the entire visit was easy and efficient. I was seen promptly and felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for anyone needing fast, reliable service.
I didn't realize how serious my issue was.When I went into urgent care. They saw me right away and sent me to the E.R, which, unfortunately was where I needed to go. I appreciated their efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis. While it may be a long recovery, it was important to catch early, which is what happened thanks to the skilled staff at Cottage Urgent Care.
