Everyone was nice and Jason very knowledgeable I appreciate his concerns and recommendations to continue to rest 1 more day feeling better also Ive been here several months ago and they are consistent in there approach and demeanor, friendly staff and helpful

I have been to this Cottage Urgent Care facility in Montecito twice within the past 3 months. Both nurse practitioners I saw are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and genuinely caring individuals. The representatives at the front desk were both so welcoming and friendly. I was able to see someone immediately on both occasions. The CVS pharmacy is a few doors away which is an added bonus (…the pharmacy staff rushed orders for me on both occasions).
Your entire staff is excellent! The doctor was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for the quick and efficient visit! Highly recommend Cottage on Victoria!
