Our goal is complete care within 45 minutes. Walk-in are welcome and online appointments are available.

Very professional and caring staff. Timeliness was great and the communication was above and beyond.
Everyone I met was super nice and helpful. They got me in right away. The NP I saw was very pleasant. She even called the next day to check on how I was doing. Overall, I had a really positive experience.
I have been unable to get into see my regular doctor or anyone else in my doctors office therefore for the first time I went to a urgent care. I'd heard about Cottage Urgent Care in Ventura. It was very easy to make a same day appointment. Not knowing what to expect at any urgent care I was very surprised at the high level of care I received in a very short amount of time. I was seen very quickly. All staff was extremely professional and polite. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much! I went back for a recheck two days later. Again I was seen very quickly upon arrival. The doctor took a look at my injuries and said they were healing nicely. I asked if I could wait two extra days to get my stitches out and she was very accommodating and said it would not be a problem.
