I feel very disappointed after my visit to this place with my husband and our 17 month old baby while on vacation. The people in the front desk were very nice to us and our first impression of the facility was positive. But when our baby was checked by a PA (Physicians Assistant) because she was refusing to eat or drink and after he ran some tests on her, he said that she’s probably teething or having an environmental anxiety. These guys are the best! Always so nice, easy, fun, and make it quick. 10 out of 10!
All staff were so professional and compassionate even though they were having a busy day. I was immediately taken to a room and intake was done by the LVN. I waited only about 15 minutes for the PA to come in and he profusely apologized for the delay. I thought 15 minutes was a very short time to wait as at my own doctor's office the wait to get into a room is often 15 minutes and then it's anybody's guess how long it will take to see the practitioner. Everyone was nice and Jason very knowledgeable I appreciate his concerns and recommendations to continue to rest 1 more day feeling better also Ive been here several months ago and they are consistent in there approach and demeanor, friendly staff and helpful
