I went for confirmation and Gary the PA was detailed providing instructions for care. Shantal with checking me in and taking down the reason for being there. Imaging was completed by Ali and answers received. Thank you Hollister UC for being ready to care for those needing your help each day.
Sad I had to get emergency care involving stitches. But happy with the care I received. Staff was friendly and professional. Physicians were excellent. Facility is clean and inviting.

Was told my insurance was accepted and it was a 70$ co-pay. Which was fine but 2 months later i got a bill saying that i owe another $168 on top of the $70 i already paid plus the $316 the insurance paid (noted on the bill). This visit was to make sure i didn't have walking pneumonia and for a Covid test. This place has shady practices i would go else where. I believe this review belongs on both locations so people know what they are getting into before making an uninformed rushed decision.
