I went to Cottege Urgent Care Goleta with concerns that were bothering me for months. The facility remains very clean since the last time I was there. The staff continue to be professional, kind and patient. I was most happy to be taken care of by Nurse Practitioner Sharon Romulo. She was extremely generous with her knowledge, caring and tests. Every aspect of my experience was outstanding. My appointment was on time, online check in efficient, every staff member professional, friendly, and compassionate. Cedar was outstanding as my nurse practitioner-positive,professional, and thorough. Jenny was friendly, appropriately humorous, efficient and caring. Also true for the MA whose name I have forgotten. Cottage Urgent Care is the best!
I was seen right away. Everyone was helpful and kind. They even brought me tea while waiting for xray results. Great place. Professional and caring.
