I have continued to have positive experiences at this urgent care and this last visit was no exception. All staff were exceptionally kind, patient and professional. I highly recommend this facility.
I had a scheduled 9:00 AM flu shot, which Cottage Urgent Care provided without charge, and arrived at 8:55. They were expecting me, had me fill out a short form (30 seconds), called me in at exactly 9:00, and I was on my way at 9:05. Why doesn’t everything work this smoothly?
I had such a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick, the staff was incredibly helpful, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. The medical team took time to listen, explain things clearly, and made sure I was comfortable and informed. It’s rare to find a place that combines compassion with such great organization but this one does it perfectly. Highly recommend!
