When we first viewed the apartment, it seemed like a great place to live. When I viewed the apartment we were supposed to move into, I remember asking if the unit would be cleaned prior to move in. Affirmed by the staff member that it would be… at move in day the unit was not cleaned and even had urine from I presume the staff members that cycled through the unit prior to our move in. I've had such a great experience living at this apartment complex! The leasing office team truly cares about the residents and always goes the extra mile to make us feel at home. They host cute and thoughtful events like food trucks and monthly gatherings in the office, which really create a sense of community. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing or taking walks. I absolutely love living here! Allie and Theresa are amazing ladies who truly go above and beyond when it comes to answering questions, helping, and making me feel welcome in the community. I love having my own backyard, but also being able to walk around the area and say hi to neighbors. My only complaint is there isn’t much storage space inside the unit and people love to speed around the corners. By far the best office staff I have ever encountered while renting! The staff and crew here do an amazing job. I submitted 2 repairs, and they were completed within 24 hours.
Very thankful to have stopped in when Allie was working. She helped me find a place that was a perfect fit for me. Her professionalism and efficiency in getting me all set up was really great considering I was in a hurry to get moved. Cant thank her enough. The cottage and community are very nice and I am excited to be here.
