Oh my gosh. I LOVED this place. It was perfect for my family. A safe small yard for my kids to play in, the garage to store all of their little wonders. Free coffee in the morning, and a charming layout. I was so happy with our choice to move here. We tried a traditional apartment complex in a nearby community and knew immediately it wasn’t going to work. We are loving living at cottage street at e town everyone is so kind, the units are clean, and the amenities are fantastic!
Where to begin The community is beautiful and it gives you a sense of security. between myself and my neighbor we had to deal with 10 dangerous snakes. My puppy Teddy was bitten by a snake his second day in my backyard on the artificial grass. Some of the things I have disliked was., I referred a friend and was supposed to get $500. My friend already starting packing and when she went back the next day they wouldn’t honor the 2 months tree. I was in the room when they told her she would get 2 months free. When we first viewed the apartment, it seemed like a great place to live. When I viewed the apartment we were supposed to move into, I remember asking if the unit would be cleaned prior to move in. Affirmed by the staff member that it would be… at move in day the unit was not cleaned and even had urine from I presume the staff members that cycled through the unit prior to our move in.
