I see all these post of people saying how great the cottages is. The unit I was in had an A/C unit issue. It got worse as the summer went on. My humidity in the house on Labor Day weekend was in the high 60 to 80. The living room would be cold, but the air wasn’t working in the bedroom correctly. I had an amazing experience with the Cottages at eTown, especially working with Justice Springer. I needed my move-in date changed, and she handled it quickly and without any issues. From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to help make this move as smooth as possible. My wife and I toured with Justice and she was so professional and made the application process so easy. We are so excited to move in! The community is clean and welcoming, and the cottages are spacious. We highly recommend this community and their team!
A fantastic experience moving into Cottage Street for myself and family. The leasing manger Justice is wonderful to work with, and the process is very smooth with all paperwork being completed online. The community is very inviting and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for more of house feel. Great place to live!
Oh my gosh. I LOVED this place. It was perfect for my family. A safe small yard for my kids to play in, the garage to store all of their little wonders. Free coffee in the morning, and a charming layout. I was so happy with our choice to move here. We tried a traditional apartment complex in a nearby community and knew immediately it wasn’t going to work.
