I lived here for over 5 years, and it was an amazing experience. I work a lot in this area and have visited almost every apartment complex around, often more than once — Cottage St Apartments truly stand out. The complex is owned and operated by a local owner who is always on site, hands-on, and personally involved in day-to-day work alongside the other staff. I had a wonderful time here. I felt safe and no one bothered me with silliness. Quiet community, and if I needed something or if there was an issue, the communication was clear and help was given at an accpetable time. Places to park and fast snow removal. All notices was posted or given to you in advance. Contract renewal was easy. Everything is included in the rent including cable. It is near Hudson Valley, but this isn't a party zone.
