I had a wonderful time here. I felt safe and no one bothered me with silliness. Quiet community, and if I needed something or if there was an issue, the communication was clear and help was given at an accpetable time. Places to park and fast snow removal. All notices was posted or given to you in advance. Contract renewal was easy. Everything is included in the rent including cable. It is near Hudson Valley, but this isn't a party zone. The secretary “Becky” that works for cottage st apartments has a very disgusting personality. The stress she caused was not worth living there. She speaks in a condescending manner. When we live in a world where it is free to be kind to people, I can never understand why one would choose to be rude and nasty. After a few different interactions with her, I reported her to one of the owners of the property “the one with white hair” and he was literally of no help. I absolutely love living here. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The office and maintenance staff are outstanding. The staff always respond on the same day. This is not some “corporate machine”, the management here really cares about the property and the tenants. I have lived here for several years. Highly recommend!
