I’ve been seeing Meg for a couple of years now for my brows. She is AMAZING. I’ve also had other spa services throughout the years and all of the staff have made me feel welcome and beautiful when I’ve left. I highly recommend Cottage Retreat Day Spa to everyone I know.
I take all my kiddos here for trims. The staff is wonderful. A lot of day spas feel cold or sterile but this one is super comfy & welcoming. The "Man Cave" is the bomb! Lex even got the gum out of my daughter's hair then styled it up so cute! I loved my massage with Karrie. The foot soak before & hot towels during treatment left me feeling incredibly pampered. The online scheduling was a cinch from my phone.

Before this place changed ownership it was amazing, and I would have highly recommended it. However since then I would recommend to everyone to find a different spa. Tammy filled in to help with the painting on the manicure and pedicures and the quality of painting was awful, there was specs of paint left on the skin surrounding the nail. Really not a very professional job done. Another thing is spas are suppose to be relaxing and soothing place to be but the blasting AC/DC music made it hard to relax and enjoy the services.... read more

Bought a gift card online, they had no record of it, Had to make several phone calls and finally an email to get it straightened out. Eventually, they said it was taken care of and emailed me the certificate, but it was not my original, and I had personalized it, they made it out to "mom" which it was not for my mom. Additionally, they thought it was for microdermabrasion, and it wasn't. So annoying. Not great customer service. Ended up requesting a refund. What a joke.
