I would not recommend Clem. I contacted him to show me several houses that I had already found that were on the market. After making an offer on one of the houses, he got very frustrated about some basic paperwork and sending a due diligence agreement to the seller. He said he types out everything manually and doesn't know how to copy and paste things in a PDF. I had to actually step in and draft the agreement myself. Don’t bother calling these lazy people, they will not answer the phone. You will only get an automated recording that will hang up on you.

I asked Clem Satterfield to represent me for my home sale. He came in and took a look. After leaving, he called me and only had negative things to say about my new home.
