Infested Roach infested, management is new they are working on cleaning things up but it’s going to take them a long time and a lot of work. If you have the patience and need this type of affordability then I guess it won’t hurt.
Don’t Rent Here Not a good place to live, mgmt isn’t good (BLVD RESIDENTIAL) look up the company and you’ll get a good idea of how they manage their properties. The Teal Apt are old, dirty, slight roach problems and the response time to issues is slow might i add.
Not worth it This place… where do I begin? Cockroaches, lizards GALORE (found a family of them in my ceiling light fixture?) and wasps, yes wasps! Horrible I lived here for one year and couldn’t wait for the lease to be over. The complex is dirty and the location is sketch. There is only one dumpster for 100 units.
Stay away Please do not live here. It is not a safe area, despite it being a gated complex. At night you hear gunshots, people screaming at 3am, cars revving their engines, music bumping as loud as possible. There are homeless living on the street outside that come in the complex when the gates open. The apartments smell like cigarette, floors are scratched, walls have layer upon layers of paint, the water heaters look like they're from Reagan's time, the windows do not block the cold. It is not worth the price.
Decent not great Been living here since 2016 1bdrm and then 2bdrm. One thing I will say is I never had roaches in my apt. They began renovating a couple years ago but looks like they have given up on that. The property doesn’t look that great from day to day basis(random trash, grass not growing, etc) but the insides of the apartments are very nice, no complaints in that regard. Love love love I have lived here for 2.5 years and would recommend this property to anyone! It's close to the schools and just a few minutes to downtown, BA, Jenks, and Midtown. Perfect location with awesome facility manager. I've had a few maintenance issues since I have lived there but I never had to wait more than one day to have the issues resolved. The community is great as well with Mingo Trail right across the street and the park and pool just a few blocks away. love love love!
No t for those who enjoy quiet but works economically Man! been here a several years now and don't think there's ever been a single day without construction. My girlfriends moved out because of this and safety reasons. It sucks! Management Can do better with notices because we don't receive them at all and this causes a lot of difficulty with everything in life considering it's an everyday thing now. they can so better with maintenance too.
