The ED and staff are wonderful. They really care about their residents.
I’d like to commend Cory Parrott the concierge at Berkley House for always being extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable at his job. I have been dealing with Cory for the past 2 years and he is a 5 star employee! He always goes out of his way to make sure all our needs are met and he is extremely professional with every situation! Thank you Cory for all you do! You definitely make Berkley House a brighter place!
We have family members who moved here 10 months ago and love it! I have visited multiple times from out of state and never have seen any issues when I "Pop in" unexpected. Cory is always a delight and able to answer questions and facilitate needs for my family there. Love the maintenance team too, (James and Corky), as they are always helpful from changing a lightbulb or servicing a water heater! Our family feels safe. cared for and welcome at Laurel Glen!

The staff is incredibly compassionate, treating every resident with kindness, patience, and respect. The facility is always clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home.
