We have rented from Cottage Keepers for approximately 7 years and they strive to keep everything everything up and running for us. I communicate personally with Brain about small issues such as the dumpster. They recently replaced our old stove with a brand new one that is working perfectly and a lot of property managers would not have done that.
We have used Cottage Keepers for buying, selling, and property management services and we have had excellent experiences with all. They are very knowledgeable about the area, go above and beyond, and genuinely care about what is best for their clients. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional local real estate agency.
