Ordered some Philly steak and cheese subs. They were seriously lacking some meat. The meat didn't even cover 50% of the sub. I knew I should have gone to Bellacino's.

The day before Xmas eve I called to see if they'd be open Xmas eve they said yes and I placed an order for 5pm Xmas eve 24 pieces chicken. They were very pleasant on the phone. The next morning Xmas eve I called back and added 16 chicken tenders. Again very pleasant on the phone. I called yet again and added a large broasted potato and asked if I could get it at 2:30. Very disappointed. My husband went in and ordered me a gluten free sub with only meat and cheese on it. Somehow what he brought home had banana peppers, onions, and traces of tomato all over it. Banana peppers are not something you can just pick off, because they leave a vinegar taste behind, and neither are tomato seeds. The bread was hard and falling apart (even though we told them just to thaw it, not to actually "cook" it), and I couldn't even eat the sandwich. Seriously delicious During lent the office will get veggie pizzas, and we thought of trying this place after seeing it on Fox News. Fresh veggies on a superb thin crust, it was perfect. Soon to try other menu items since delivery was reasonably quick.

worst experience ever. Ordering my pizza took ten minutes. I was then told it would be 20-25 to pick up. I arrive 25 minutes later and have to wait at least ten before I am even spoken to.
