I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. While providing care, the client explicitly demanded that I give her 50% of my wages as a condition of employment. When I refused to participate in this illegal arrangement, the client made a false report about me. } I would not recommend this agency based on my personal experience working with them as a PCA. From the beginning, there was a lack of transparency and support. I was told the agency would assist with the CDPAP transition process, but in reality, I had to do most of the legwork myself — including coordinating with insurance, following up on paperwork, and ensuring the conversion was actually moving forward. Im working for Cottage home care. They are great employers they are fast with any request. The take pride in the service they provide. My patient loves them for giving him the home care attendant he wanted.

I’m not sure how to feel. It’s been over 2 months since I’ve tried to get help for my mother in law. They never have a definitive deadline on when she can start. We gave them all her information. I never heard about this agency before and hope it’s not a scam.

Once you provide this company with your contact information they literally never stop calling you and texting you!!!! THEY WILL COLD CALL AND TEXT YOU FOREVER!!! I have asked numerous times to be removed and no one seems to care.
