Im working for Cottage home care. They are great employers they are fast with any request. The take pride in the service they provide. My patient loves them for giving him the home care attendant he wanted.
Once you provide this company with your contact information they literally never stop calling you and texting you!!!! THEY WILL COLD CALL AND TEXT YOU FOREVER!!! I have asked numerous times to be removed and no one seems to care.
The overall experience with the staff and orientation was excellet, they took their time to help us with any question or concerns we had.
It was great , everybody is very nice and helpful costumer service is very good , I had no complaints…..
