As a someone who rented here for two years (signed a two year lease out of the gate) I feel I'm able to give a fair review. The apartment was beautiful with coved ceiling, wood floors and original details. As pretty as the place was, the landlord allowed the desire for original details to outweigh the maintenance, meaning that although we hard original hardwood floors, those floors were in poor repair (landlord said he'd fix them when we first did the walk through, two years later...same floors).
