I purchased a new YXZ from Phil at CGY while I was deployed in Iraq. I made the purchase 3 months prior to when I wanted to pick up the car because I wanted to add the GYTR turbo kit. Three months later, I was 2 days from picking up the car and meeting my family and friends that I had not seen in nearly a year, and they had not finished the build. I would give it a zero star if possible. Terrible customer service, I’ve been hung up on three times. I’ve been put on hold on numerous occasions for ten plus minutes. They’ve had my bike for over a month, haven’t worked on it. Actually it took over a month for them to get the parts, wheel fender and a kickstand, which I had to constantly be on them to order. Estimated over two hours of labor to do, I believe it’s seven screws. I would recommend a homeless man, over this company any day of the year.
No hassle, no shenanigans. I live 3hrs north and I will be back again.
Not happy with the service never go back there ever again ill find an honest shop to go to then that one the manager/owner was not very helpful and they lied to me tell me one thing and next day tells me somrthing different worst servies have ever been threw
Wow, what nice people. They quoted me $33per wheel to put on new tires for me. When I came to pick them up they said they were feeling nice and only charged me $18 per wheel. What great customer service!!! They have my business from now on!! Highly recommend.
