I have been a customer of this facility for many years now. I love it. The on site manager is on top of everything. He keeps it clean and I've never had any issues with my unit. You may not be able to pay the bill online but you can call him and pay it by phone. Which, in my opinion , is so much better. Thank you for more than 10 years of keeping my belongings safe. Went in today to rent a unit. The man was very unprofessional. He started in about how we can’t rent the unit for anyone else or frequent there. Ok I get that, I’m moving stuff outta my house so my son can move in. He was nervous and began targeting my husband. Then claimed my husband was on some type of do not rent. Absolutely a fact not true! He has never rented a unit in his life. I was so angry I finally left. I was treated as some kind of criminal. We've had a couple units here for a couple years and the gentleman that runs it is great!
