0 STARS Stay far away. One word incompetent! Tried to order glasses twice. First time a year ago took 4 weeks to get the glasses. Second time last month took 3 weeks to get my glasses because the lab broke the frames, got the glasses in and the lenses were scratched so they had to go back to the lab, finally get the glasses back and the lady who ordered them did not listen and ordered the lenses without transitions and the progressive bifocal was measured wrong. I was sent home with contact lenses that were being discontinued without my knowledge. When I called they tried to tell me that they discussed it with me and that the technician put it in the notes. Why would I agree to contact lenses that were being discontinued? Their notes are false and they are liars. I will not be returning.
They really helped me find what I am looking for and kept me aware of all my charges after everything was done and said! Amber was great with helping me after an annoying struggle with my insurance as well!!!
Worst eye care ever. They charge foe taking your PD. They did not tell me of such a charge. They are not truthful. Liars!!! Do not do business there. Beware. Worst customer service ever.
Best eye doctor I have ever been too. Doctor Trent Cole is the ultimate best!!!!
