Landlords are dedicated to making things better. They fixed the elevator which is a huge blessing. Some of the units have a jacuzzi tub which is a rare find. Overall huge units; best square footage for price range in CU. Nice dishwasher, nice refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Maintenance staff are quick and responsive and friendly and they clean the property up every day. It is not their fault that some residents are disrespectful and throw down trash. Property management is absolutely horrible. All of them. Place is nasty, always trash everywhere or trash being dropped everywhere

Building has a lot of water damage. The property managers are awful. They will make anything the tenants fault. A sprinkler malfunctioned and they blamed it on my kid even though the fire chief showed there was no proof it was tampered with. There's cockroaches and mice everywhere. The staircase is always nasty smelling of cigarettes or Marijuana. Kids fighting in the parking lot. Adults pulling guns on each other. It's just awful.
