They are trying to improve everything but there’s tons of noise in the building and uncontrolled unattended kids who cause chaos in the building. Once the staff leave for the day they don’t hear all the sound that goes on but it’s like a madhouse in the courtyard and halls. Please do something about this. People have families and jobs and lives and different schedules and the good residents need peace and quiet. Property management is absolutely horrible. All of them.
These apartments are beautiful. The layouts are very unique and it has a cozy quaint vibe. Management is very friendly, always extremely kind and helpful.
This establishment is top notch! Extremely clean, the exterior is kept beautifully. Such a unique building, and the living space is really great.
***Edited to add the since posting this review Renda retaliated against my daughter and when confronted about it admitted to the fact. ***Added photos of water damage after they assessed it and left this way 7 days later I moved in 6 months ago and thought it was a great place to live. Yes they do respond to maintenance requests, however, there is always trash on the stairs. I was physically assaulted by my neighbor after asking her to keep the noise down at 2 in the morning.
