If I could give 0 stars I would. The doors never lock, but there is a rule against propping them open, there is ALWAYS garbage/ garbage bags in the hallways and it stays there for weeks at a time to the point where it starts to mold on the stairs. Half the time there’s pee in the hallways. The door to my apartment doesn’t even close all the way unless it’s locked a slight breeze will open it. Landlords are dedicated to making things better. They fixed the elevator which is a huge blessing. Some of the units have a jacuzzi tub which is a rare find. Overall huge units; best square footage for price range in CU. Nice dishwasher, nice refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Maintenance staff are quick and responsive and friendly and they clean the property up every day. It is not their fault that some residents are disrespectful and throw down trash.
