Building has a lot of water damage. The property managers are awful. They will make anything the tenants fault. A sprinkler malfunctioned and they blamed it on my kid even though the fire chief showed there was no proof it was tampered with. There's cockroaches and mice everywhere. The staircase is always nasty smelling of cigarettes or Marijuana. Kids fighting in the parking lot. Adults pulling guns on each other. It's just awful.

They are trying to improve everything but there’s tons of noise in the building and uncontrolled unattended kids who cause chaos in the building. Once the staff leave for the day they don’t hear all the sound that goes on but it’s like a madhouse in the courtyard and halls. Please do something about this. People have families and jobs and lives and different schedules and the good residents need peace and quiet.
