Best landlords in the world As I said in another review, I've lived in ten states in the last twenty years. I've had lots of landlords. And none of them compare to the people that run these apartments. They are the best people you'd ever meet. It's not uncommon for tenants who lived here five years ago to stop by and say "hi" because they missed the managers, a husband and wife team.
Not worth it The place is filled with cockroaches, the carpet is old, the air conditioning unit is a fire hazard & noisy, and floors are not maintained. Maintance is very good-- but the people in the office lose work orders all the time. I am a student so you can't beat living on campus- but after having to deal with their management I want to move.
