I called from Maumee Ohio to order flowers for my friend who was having company for Easter. It was the first time she had guests in over 10 years. I asked Cottage Floral for a bright arrangement that could be the centerpiece so don’t make it too tall. My friend was thrilled. Every guest commented on how gorgeous the flowers were. Ordered a dozen white roses and other white flowers for a funeral that was placed in Saturday. Blooms.com which makes your company the one they turned to for flowers that I spent 107 dollars on, was delivered Friday placed in the floor at the funeral home which no one had seen until Sunday and when I seen them they were 6 white roses. Had to call Bloom to refund my money back on the product you didn't fulfill. So thank you. Would love to show what I ordered vs what was delivered but apparently since I didn't give a five star... read more
