Extremely rude phone attendant. I had someone call me in error and it sounded like an elderly resident. The phone number for the apartment complex is 1 digit off from mine, so I tried calling the front desk to let them know since the voicemail was in regards to a package. I was being courteous so they could simply try and get in touch with the resident. The front desk person was snippy, would not let me continue explaining, then hung up. Would rate 0 if I could.
Cottage Bridge Apartment's in Norfolk Va. Doesn't return phone calls. I placed a call to the manager on (05/06/24). About my address update who another official was supposed to give her. Here is today's date of (05/08/24). Still haven't heard anything from the property manager. Left a voicemail message and she said I will return your call. Still no call. The property manager is Ms. Miller. Today is 05/10/24 still no return call.
