Meet the Business Owner Wendy P. Business Owner Wendy Perry is the owner of Cottage 321. Office job for over 20+ years but finely decided to pursue her daydream of opening a boutique.

Love this store great kids clothes
So glad to have such a Wonderful boutique in town!!!!! I Would normally have to go outside of Caldwell County to find such cute and unique items!!!!
