History Established in 2012. We opened our doors in 2012 with a very small collection of Apparel and Gift Items. Now we have grown tremendously with fashion & home decor to inspire all ages. Meet the Business Owner Wendy P. Business Owner Wendy Perry is the owner of Cottage 321. Office job for over 20+ years but finely decided to pursue her daydream of opening a boutique.

The new location is wonderful! Everything is spaced out nicely and although it seems like they have more product it isn't as overwhelming to look at. The ladies are SUPER nice and helpful!! I had my 6 month old son with me and they offered to hold him so that I could try on clothing. They also have a small section for babies/toddlers and I was pleased that they included items for boys!
