Recently purchased an $88K unit from Cotta for our water well drilling rig. The unit came misassembled from the factory with a pump being installed backwards. I contacted Cotta to ask for reimbursement for my mechanics time of $600 and the refused and accepted no fault. I will be filing for reimbursement in small claims court pending their lack of action. Completely infuriating and disappointing for a company that has the means to make things right but is CHOOSING not to! Be aware of your purchases from them.
