Dr. Cotner has truly been an angel in my life for about 10 years now! She is gentle, thourogh, & is great with those who have dentist anxiety. I've never experienced such great care & bedside manner! She's went above & beyond for me and my family to ensure that everything she uses is Celiac disease safe, which is super difficult to navigate! She genuinely cares about her patients & staff so much! Really nice and friendly and knowledgeable
Would not recommend this dentist. Received a letter in the mail today stating after numerous missed appointments they are not allowing me to be a patient there no longer. Keep in mind this was my family’s dentist for the past like 8 years. I missed a total of 3 appointments in the 8 years and they were due to work/school activities. My appointment was supposed to be Wednesday the 25th at 1:15 pm, I left them a voicemail on Monday the 23rd that I would not be able to make it to the appointment due to the lack of insurance.
