I give a 1-star review, for as a potential new patient, I left a phone message after their normal business hours, asking for a call back, to setup an appointment. I waited patiently for several days for that callback, and nothing.
Horrible service unfriendly people
I’ve been going here for around a decade.The staff is always awesome. Dr. Cotner herself is an amazing one of a kind human and a great dentist. Kind, compassionate,and incredibly knowledgeable . I actually look forward to going to the dentist as absurd as that sounds. All the professionalism of a world class surgeon and the mannerisms of your favorite auntie. You’ll always leave with a great smile one way or another!
