The previous owner of our house had a new roof put on the house prior to closing. 4 months later, we noticed marks on our ceiling but since our ceilings are painted a dark color we really could not tell but then it became obvious it was water stains from a leak in the roof that must have started right after the roof was installed. I finally settled on Cotect Roofing to replace my current roof after getting several quotes, some higher and some lower. Lazaro Rodriguez was always available to answer any questions and visited the property each day during the replacement. The work is superb and they cleaned up every day before the left. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of my re-roof (shingles) job on one of my rental properties. I will definitely use them again. Daniel was very responsive to all my emails/text, answered all my questions and sent me pics of the job in progress. Being a property manager, I’ve delt with my share of average/bad contractors over the past 25 years but Cotect Roofing is definitely top notch.
