We went for the Butcher’s Feast and it absolutely delivered. The beef bone consommé is a perfect opener. The selection of meats that followed was outstanding, pristine cuts, expertly grilled tableside, and thoughtfully sequenced from lighter to richer so nothing felt overwhelming. If you’re deciding between à la carte and the tasting menu, the Butcher’s Feast is one of the most satisfying steakhouse experiences in NYC. Can’t wait to come back!
Soy sauce salted caramel soft serve was an unexpected and incredible move!
The only Michelin-starred steakhouse in New York City. Although it’s categorized as a steakhouse, it’s truly an incredible K-BBQ experience! It’s extremely hard to get a reservation, but after I kept refreshing notifications every day, I somehow caught their attention, and they emailed me directly to arrange a reservation. The marinated beef is always the best bite at every kbbq place with a sweet and smokey aftertaste and I do think the okra here was very delicious but I think they need to increase their staffing and expand the restaurant because for such a popular restaurant, they have limited seats and not enough staff to feel like the service was personalized. We waited 20 more min than our res time to eat just because the previous table hasn’t left. Idk iffy service that they definitely need to improve.
