This appointment was a referral from my Dr due to major headaches and an abnormal CT scan. Had to wait 5 weeks for the appointment date, the day before my appointment the office called to state they made a mistake they did not take my insurance and it would have to be self-paid. Keep in mind when the appointment was made 5 weeks prior, they stated they DID accept my insurance.
