I am thoroughly impressed with Cota Homes LLC and our contractor, Jarrod. I received keys to my new home a few days ago and it is an absolute dream. My wife and I worked with Jarrod on numerous custom details and they are all spot-on, better than we imagined. I recently purchased a home from Cota Homes LLC and I couldn't be happier with my experience and the quality of work performed. I worked primarily with Jarrod while customizing our home and he was easy to work with, super responsive, and went out of his way to make sure my expectations were met. These guys are building new homes in my neighborhood. They cat called me when I was walking by, the full-on whistle and yelling at me. When I approached them about it, they acted immature. I wish there was more I could do to stop this behavior, but apparently I'm limited to giving them a bad review on Google.
