We have used Cota & Cota for many years and always had very good service. This past weekend, it was exceptional. We woke up on Saturday to the furnace not working. I called and a Cota & Cota. A employee (Not answering service) answered. He found my account and said they would send someone out. The tech (Parker) was there in 2 hours and could not have been any friendlier or kinder. He explained what he was doing throughout the service. An hour later, we were good to go! Thanks for the great help!
I've used Cota for years. They do good work and they show up when you need them, even if they have to stop at the bottom of the hill in January and put chains on their truck.
