Service was quick, I knew what the fix was but I don't have the technology to do myself. Time at my house was less than 20 minutes and I live in Lebanon. Service charge because it was a Saturday I got the person on call that day. He was coming from Bellows Falls I had to pay for all the travel time. Paid $404 for labor. Not happy, this is the first time I felt I was taken advantage of with Cota and Cota and have been using them for 20 years. One star for this service call.
