It is a total pleasure doing business with Cota and Cota. Deliveries are always on time, I've never run out of fuel, and the office staff are always very helpful and polite and patient, especially Kelly, who I have had the most interaction with. I'm almost 83 years young and I seem to have more questions about things today than in the past and she is always so pleasant and patient with me. Ten stars if I could give them!

Melissa at the Brattleboro office was understanding and quick to respond when we needed help with switching to Cota & Cota. She expedited delivery and really got us out of a pinch. Cots and Cota does not service anyone that is not their customer, that should be written on their website.
Very disappointing that you cannot call for repairs of other items that have nothing to do with oil, unless you buy oil from them. Would make me not consider them for anything in the future, including oil. Would have put a zero stars if they let me.
