This company is all about scamming residents, we have been with them for two years and every year they charged us for filling the tank, but they never filled. Last year they sent us bill on day they said they filled and my husband was at home, but no one was at our house, it was winter time and it was a lot of snow, no marks on tank that someone even been close to our house. Tucker and his team have been consistently reliable, fast, and great to work with. The heat in my guest house stopped working the day before I was scheduled to leave Vermont for several months, and they really went above and beyond. Dana showed up early in the morning to diagnose the issue. Cota & Cota are incredible people ! From answering the phone, thier techs, and managers, ALL EXCEPTIONAL ! Not ONLY, do they care, they strive to help us keep costs down with repairs, ALSO, delivering to as many as they can when the daily price is low !!!! WHO DOES THAT ?! ? COTA & COTA ! That's who !
