Tucker and his team have been consistently reliable, fast, and great to work with. The heat in my guest house stopped working the day before I was scheduled to leave Vermont for several months, and they really went above and beyond. Cota & Cota are incredible people ! From answering the phone, thier techs, and managers, ALL EXCEPTIONAL ! Not ONLY, do they care, they strive to help us keep costs down with repairs, ALSO, delivering to as many as they can when the daily price is low !!!! WHO DOES THAT ?! ? COTA & COTA ! That's who ! I had gone 56 hours without heat waiting for my previous big national provider to bring propane after they ran me out (was on automatic delivery). I showed up at Cota & Cota's office at 8am Monday morning, and they had my tanks switched out, and my heat running within 3 hours of walking in their door. These people are AMAZING! The difference in customer service is night and day. Icing on the cake is that I now pay less for my propane, and am paying a company that actually cares about their customers.
The promptness and thoroughness of The Team at Cota & Cota (Jamaica,VT) is truly top notch. Professionalism delivered in a friendly manner is becoming harder to find in this world … but in my book, Cota & Cota are always there to be relied upon implicitly! Excellence is their standard!
