Changing to Cota & Cota last year was the best thing we could have done. My business can’t be without heat, or guests would be very irritable. They are so responsive and caring. Dave is a pleasure to work with and takes his position there very seriously. We are happy we switched for all accounts (we have a historic house with oil steam heat, and 2 other buildings on propane). They can handle it all under one roof which also simplifies the communication and delegating. Thank you!
I recently purchased a home in Manchester, and decided to go with Cota and Cota for my heat and oil needs. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my boiler that required me to shut it off. Their technician, Ethan, responded quickly. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Despite running into a few hitches, he was able to get my heat up and running within several hours.
