I was wondering why the service was so scattered and not timely as it used to be. I just discovered that the business was sold to Roberts energy. I miss the old owners who ran a very tight ship. Now it has been quite annoying to get what I need. 4 years ago I wrote this...A neighbor answers the phone and a neighbor also delivers the goods. No more. I sure hope that the new owners get the business up to speed it once was soon.
Absolutely horrible! The service manager is a disgrace! I would never deal with them again
