First of all, the cota apartments don't even deserve half a star but I have to do one in order to post this. I would never recommend the Cota Apartments for anyone. They are a bunch of crooks. A tiny one bedroom is over $600 a month, a two bedroom is $775, and a 3 bedroom is even more. Definitely not worth that much for those tiny apartments. There are constant problems with the AC, heater, water, etc. Also, you cannot have your own washer and dryer there, all they have is a laundry mat. The washer and dryers hardly ever wor... read more
mangemnt sucks,she is never in her office and is extremely rude and clueless when asked questions, the property is very dirty, and is very expensive for what this property is
Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything happening in your neighbors apartments... 2 apartments away... Very noisy at night. Has a high turn over of residents. I had a 6 month lease and was glad when it ended.
