i asked for a callus remover and they didn’t even apply it to half my foot and left it untouched. the color was all messed up and only one coat was applied.

Went in as a walk-in. The woman grabbed the wrong color for my nails, and when I told her, she informed me she was going to charge me five dollars to take it off. She then proceeded to hover over my shoulder at the register to ensure I tipped — and when I say hovered I mean it. Her chin was nearly resting on my shoulder. :/ It’s worth mentioning i then went to another salon right after to have them redone.

My pedicure started with the woman trying to upsell me on polish and pushing something I didn’t ask for. Then filed my toe with the electric filer because she was talking to someone else and not looking. Some other lady switched with her and did a rushed and rough pedicure. Didn’t ask me if the water was ok, didn’t ask me if I wanted to do the callus removal soak which I would have done and was so rushed with the scrub and tiny massage. I’ve had fine visits here before, but this appointment was frustrating from start to finish. I booked a regular mani-pedi and was immediately pressured to upgrade after comments about my calluses that felt shaming and unnecessary. When my toes smudged while moving to the manicure table, the technician was visibly annoyed to fix them and the correction looked sloppy.
