It's honestly so expensive here and when I had a pedi use done here. It was so lumpy and terrible job. Unfortunately I will not be going back
Terrible service, have given this place multiple tries and you never know what you’re going to get. Customer service is god awful, the technician needed an attitude check and cut nearly every one of my cuticles.
Had a terrible experience here. The technician who did my pedicure was rough, rude and rushed entire process and the end result was a lumpy gel pedicure. I use ClassPass to book which is an already paid for service, but the technician kept asking me to pay. When she got the manger he clarified I already paid and said I needed to tip her despite terrible service.
