Had a terrible experience here. The technician who did my pedicure was rough, rude and rushed entire process and the end result was a lumpy gel pedicure. I use ClassPass to book which is an already paid for service, but the technician kept asking me to pay. When she got the manger he clarified I already paid and said I needed to tip her despite terrible service. the best! so clean and no chipping for months. I highly recommend
Went in as a walk-in. The woman grabbed the wrong color for my nails, and when I told her, she told me she was going to charge me five dollars to take it off. She kept then proceeded to hover over my shoulder at the register to ensure I tipped — and when I say hovered I mean it. Her chin was nearly resting on my shoulder. :/
