I’ve had fine visits here before, but this appointment was frustrating from start to finish. I booked a regular mani-pedi and was immediately pressured to upgrade after comments about my calluses that felt shaming and unnecessary. When my toes smudged while moving to the manicure table, the technician was visibly annoyed to fix them and the correction looked sloppy. Really bad job. And fake nail polish. Only one technician tried to do a better job by agreeing to my instructions. Regular nail polishes never dry and peel off instantly.
Avoid and beware of sending your tweens/teens here unsupervised. They pull a bait-and-switch: promise a fix is free, then try to charge again once the adult isn’t there. The quality is awful too, even on the redo, with sloppy work that can be careless and damaging (yes, including ripped nails). And if you push back, expect attitude: rude, defensive, and quick to falsely accuse the customer instead of taking responsibility. Unfortunate, but not a place I’d trust with kids or my money.
It's honestly so expensive here and when I had a pedi use done here. It was so lumpy and terrible job. Unfortunately I will not be going back
Terrible service, have given this place multiple tries and you never know what you’re going to get. Customer service is god awful, the technician needed an attitude check and cut nearly every one of my cuticles.
