Had purchased a Nordic ‘Squirrel’ wood heater from Cosy Heaters but after 1 season, realised the firebox was too small for my collected wood. Ordered a Nectre 15 LE as a replacement. Arrived 1 week later, notified, collected. Included side heat shields & cast iron trivet. Installed by efficient local plumber. Existing flue was fine.
Great and friendly service with a good range of wood and glass fired heaters on display.
